Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery times

Switzerland: delivery within 2 to 4 business days

Europe: delivery within 3 to 7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Switzerland:
Standard delivery: 5.99 CHF
Free delivery for purchases over 50 CHF

Europe:
Standard delivery: 9.90 CHF
Free delivery for purchases over 75 CHF

For orders shipped outside of Switzerland, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
